Rip Curl Womens Dawn Patrol 4/3mm Chest Zip Steamer Wetsuit is a no-fuss, full-warmth surfing steamer that is as comfy and stretchy as it is warm (very). 4/3mm, in a quality suit like this, will have you sitting pretty warm from Sydney south. The combined layup of their top-shelf E5 Neoprene, chest zip entry system and an expanding Glued and Blind Stitched seam ensures high thermal retention and low water movement – if water can move in and out of your suit, by poor fit or zipper to name a few, then it will struggle to keep you warm. The Dawn Patrols are middle of the Rip Curl range, which makes them one of the better wetsuits on the market as Rip Curl don’t dabble in the low range.
This wetty is best suited to a wearer who’s priority is warmth, flexibility and stretch but don’t want or need top-shelf.
