所有 Sharkbanz 使用者都應該要先了解，鯊魚是野生動物且難以預測的，儘管此產品的專利技術已經過廣泛的測試、研究，並被證實是能對鯊魚產生威懾效果，但 Sharkbanz 尚未對所有品種的鯊魚進行測試。 Sharkbanz 僅能保證可以降低在海上碰到鯊魚時的風險，但不能百分之百保證鯊魚不會接近。
無論是否有攜帶 Sharkbanz下水，都不應該試圖引誘鯊魚靠近。
在有鯊魚出沒的海域中進行的任何活動，都存在相當大的風險，即使是配戴此裝備者，仍需自行承擔上述風險。

POD SAFETY TIPS
All Sharkbanz users should be aware that sharks are wild animals and unpredictable. Our patented technology has been extensively tested, researched, and proven as an effective shark deterrent, but Sharkbanz have not been tested on all species of sharks. Sharkbanz can reduce the risk of shark interactions, but there is no 100% guarantee that interactions will not take place.
There should never be any attempt to entice sharks to interact with humans, with or without Sharkbanz.
Any human activity in the water near sharks must always be considered as possessing a considerable degree of risk which is assumed solely by the wearer.
