SkEgg 具有圓潤的板頭及板尾，形狀恰如其名就像一顆蛋。
這張雞蛋形狀的板，是恰巧介於短版和長板之間的過渡型，能帶給您更多衝浪的樂趣，而圓尾的設計也是方尾和尖尾之間機動性的折衷:方尾的衝浪板因為具有多個支點，較不會被浪壁咬死，而尖尾的設計則是為了提高速度和保持在浪壁上。
SkEgg這張版其平滑的輪廓、板緣和板底曲線，有助於衝浪者在較軟弱無力的浪上仍能保持一定速度。
另外SkEgg的基本設計元素，是為了讓衝浪初學者在逐漸熟稔長板或軟板的技能後，能進入下一個階段，開始享受下陡浪的快感。

SKATE ALOHA SMILE
The SkEgg is a rounded nose rounded tail shape like an EGG. The egg shape is designed as a fun addition to the quiver and the intention is to provide a design that sots between a shortboard and a longboard.
The round tail is a compromise in manoeuvrability between a square tail and pin tail. Square tail has multiple pivot points for looseness and pin tail is designed for speed and hold. Smooth curves in the outline, rail and bottom curves helps this design carry speed in weaker waves.
Scrambled and cooked perfectly the skEgg is a beginner surfers treat, accessing steeper sections of the wave face when graduating from a longboard or softboard.
The skEgg is also the perfect summer fling for an experienced shredder!

– XEPS Boards are constructed using a 36gram EPS core with a high-grade timber stringer, each board is hand laminated using Epoxy Resign and High Grade Fibreglass providing a lighter, stronger board that feels fast and responsive under your feet increasing performance in a wide variety of conditions!
Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is very light and strong. EPS foam has more buoyancy and floatation increasing paddling speed and manoeuvrability.
Epoxy Resin is a healthier alternative to polyester as epoxy emits 50-75% fewer VOCs, decreasing the amount of harmful chemicals released into the environment.
– FLAX FIBRE cloth is an engineered reinforcement fabric made from the bast of the flax seed plant. While flax fibre is one of the oldest cultivated fibres for textiles, it is only recently that its use as a fibreglass substitute has been achieved. Incorporating flax fibre cloth in the lamination reduces the use of regular glass by 1/3rd and adds a great earthy look and more importantly helps lower our carbon footprint.
SR GreenPoxy 56 is an epoxy resin which has up to 56% of its molecular structure coming from plant origin. This percentage is function of the carbon origin contained in the epoxy molecule.The final rate of the mix bio-based carbon content will depend on the hardener choice. The manufacture of EPS foam does not involve the use of toxic isocyantes used in the production of regular surfboard blanks. Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam is light weight and has fantastic shock absorbing properties, making it ideal for surfboards. EPS foam has more buoyancy and flotation increasing paddling speed and maneuverability.
Aloha has teamed up with the first, independent 3rd party consumer-facing “eco-label” for boards, the ECOBOARD Project is focused on reducing carbon footprints, increasing the use (and reuse) of renewable, recycled and up-cycled inputs, and reducing toxicity within the surfboard manufacturing process.

Biaxial Fibre Glass has half its fibres aligned along the length of the cloth (0 degrees) and half across the cloth (90 degrees) creating a controlled flex pattern.

Paulownia is one of the fastest growing trees in the world, capable of growth rates of well over seven feet per year! Paulownia timber is perfectly suited as a sustainable alternative in surfboard production due to its lightweight and proportionately natural strength characteristics.
Some species of plantation Paulownia can be harvested for saw timber in as little as five years.
Once Paulownia trees are harvested, they regenerate from their existing root systems, earning them the name of the “Phoenix tree”.
